Summary
The Customer Success Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, advocating on their behalf within the organization and providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Increase customer retention and satisfaction by providing extraordinary service, communication, and support.
- Oversee the onboarding experience of new customers from account setup to implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other resource collateral.
- Partner with Key Account team to assist in accelerating order growth.
- Coordinate on-site customer technical visits.
- Create sales quotations for customers and distributors.
- Monitor, maintain and update customer information in the CRM database.
- Create and manage customer tickets in Meissner’s CRM ticket management system.
- Handle various other duties as delegated by Inside Sales Manager.
Qualifications, Education & Experience

- BSC degree from college or technical school and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training in sales, customer success or customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the life sciences space.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant tools preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Physical Demands
Occasional work may be done in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment. Powder free gloves, face masks, hairnets, gowns, and shoe covers must be worn. Because smokers continue to shed thousands of smoke particles even hours after smoking a cigarette and these particles will damage our products, only non-smokers are permitted to enter or work in the cleanroom. As a result, the successful candidate must be a nonsmoker.
