How you will make an impact:

The primary responsibility of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Business Development Manager is to lead the growth of our OEM channel by identifying, securing, and expanding partnerships with customers with emphasis?on filtration products,?single-use systems and equipment?in support of?the OEM accounts strategic business plan. This role will have responsibility for driving revenue and increased market share through strategic account development, cross-functional collaboration, and tailored product and services solutions for OEM partner.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive OEM business development account strategy that aligns with company goals and targets high-value market segments.
  • Manage existing portfolio of OEM customers toward mutually defined business goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new OEM opportunities through proactive outreach, market research, and industry engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM account decision-makers (product, engineering, procurement, and executive teams).
  • Act as primary contact between the Internal Organization and the OEM customer?utilizing?a consultative sales approach while acting as a trusted advisor to the OEM.
  • In collaboration with other stakeholders, negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable, scalable OEM agreements.
  • Create and present customized proposals, business cases, and pilots that demonstrate product fit, ROI, and technical integration paths
  • Travel domestically and internationally?in support of business activities (estimated 35%).

The skills and experience you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or sales experience working directly with OEMs or in embedded/integrated solutions in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is?required.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-level sales, with long sales cycles, supporting technical partnerships and managing complex contract negotiations.
  • Successful sales techniques, professional and consultative?sales approach.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience building business cases and pricing models for OEM agreements.
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written in English, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at senior levels.

US BASE PAY SCALE $120,000 - $150,000
