This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

The Advanced Instructional Designer has an exciting opportunity to be a part of an extraordinary culture by working with colleagues at Meissner to grow and develop. Working cross-functionally to understand the learning and development needs of various functions and departments, the Advanced Instructional Designer will contribute to a team of experts to design, operationalize, and scale learning programs that align with our ongoing commitment to the growth of our people and continuous learning and improvement.
Working in a collaborative environment in a growing organization, the Advanced Instructional Designer is responsible for the planning, design, and maintenance of holistic development programs for Meissner. The Advanced Instructional Designer acts as Learning and Development’s representative for change initiatives and designs and implements training programs in support of those initiatives.
This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

US BASE PAY SCALE $74,500 - $92,700
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
