Do you have a passion for managing and coordinating all aspects of the supply chain, from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery? We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and help us streamline our supply chain operations.

How you will make an impact:

In collaboration with sales, applications engineering, quality assurance and supply chain, the purpose of this role is to provide critical project support to customers and internal manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will serve as liaison between departments and communicate extensively with customers.

  • In cooperation with Key Account Managers (KAM), identify active projects in the “propose” and “close” stage and communicate with customer stakeholders to establish delivery deadlines.
  • Communicate non-base (B and C type) raw material requirements to procurement.
  • Generate lead-time analysis documents and communicate potential abnormal lead times to customers.
  • Obtain and analyze forecasts in terms of componentry availability and update inventory planning accordingly.
  • Manage expedite requests when no purchase order or final design exists.

This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

The skills and experience you’ll need:

  • Must have strong English Language written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of bioprocessing and manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of and experience with ERP / MRP systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Hands on experience with microfiltration and single-use systems is a plus.
  • Customer service or customer interaction experience is highly desired.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teamwork.

US BASE PAY SCALE $73,800 - $102,300
