How you will make an impact:

Meissner Corporation is seeking an IT Coordinator based at our Camarillo, CA headquarters. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate IT projects, services, and operational support that enable manufacturing and business operations. Reporting to the Supervisor, IT Coordination, you will act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of IT initiatives.

  • Define and coordinate project objectives and scope, identifying required internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate planning sessions for project development and execution.
  • Monitor project progress and adapt work as required to ensure successful completion within predetermined deadlines.
  • Track and report project performance and key metrics throughout campaign execution.
  • Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and results.
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impact on schedule and budget.
  • Lead post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Provide regular updates to team members and management on project progress.
  • Facilitate clear communication through status reports and meetings with stakeholders and upper management.
  • Assist with administration, support and document of hardware, software and services after implementation.
  • Administer the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform in conjunction with the Supervisor, IT Coordination.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory, licensing, and subscriptions.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in accordance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with department leadership on negotiating contracts and service agreements with suppliers.
  • Work with IT teams on upgrades and new system integrations, including hardware and software selections.
  • Identify operational pain points and bottlenecks and collaborate with IT Management to design and implement process improvements.
  • Act as 3rd tier support for Technical Support Team.

This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

The skills and experience you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience; or associate degree plus relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations, IT project management, or a related field.
  • ITIL v3 or higher training and certification preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written in English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels .
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong technical knowledge in a Windows, Linux & Cisco environment.

US BASE PAY SCALE $39.43 - $56.02/hr
