How you will make an impact:

In this role, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with leadership, mentoring, and strategic support across projects through implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding the project from inception to deployment, ensuring the software aligns with the broader business goals.

  • Supervise, mentor, and support a team of application developers and analysts to build technical competencies and ensure consistent application of best practices.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of development projects and support requests.
  • Serve as the SME in the design of scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical constraints. Develop comprehensive architectures for complex web-based data applications.
  • Define and enforce technical standards, architecture principles, and documentation practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, define objectives, and plan out the roadmap for software solutions.
  • Maintain a long-term perspective by monitoring projects, understanding dependencies, and ensuring alignment with overall business strategies and technical goals. Focus on delivering solutions that not only solve current problems but also anticipate future challenges.

This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

The skills and experience you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on web-based data applications.
  • 2+ years of previous leadership experience.
  • Certified SCRUM Product Owner is highly desired
  • A proven track record of successfully architecting and implementing complex software solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver iterative software solutions.
  • Strong background in software development practices (preferably in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and Angular or others relevant to the organization’s tech stack).

US BASE PAY SCALE $121,000 - $165,000
